The 12th World Human Rights Congress was organised by Indian Institute of Human Rights on United Nations Human Rights Day 10th December 2011 at New Delhi. The theme for the 12th World Human Rights Congress was Human Rights and Poverty. The function was attended by a galaxy of Ambassadors from various countries, Human Rights activists and Human Rights students.
